Eric Park

Eric Park is the Chief Executive Officer and Founder of Digital Spark, where he leads the company’s vision to bridge enterprise technology with measurable business outcomes. With over two decades of experience across the IT landscape, Eric’s career began in the trenches as a software engineer, where he developed a deep appreciation for clean architecture, scalable systems, and technical debt management.

As he progressed into project management and engineering leadership, Eric discovered his true passion: aligning technical execution with strategic business goals. Before founding Digital Spark, he served as Chief Technology Officer at a mid-market enterprise solutions firm, overseeing a 200-person engineering and delivery organization, modernizing legacy infrastructure, and leading the successful transition to cloud-native architectures.

Eric’s hands-on technical background, combined with executive experience in digital transformation, allows him to speak fluently to both engineering teams and C-suite stakeholders. He holds a B.S. in Computer Science and has completed executive leadership programs focused on scaling technology organizations and driving enterprise growth.

Robert J. Benjamin

Robert J. Benjamin serves as President and Chief Revenue Officer at Digital Spark, where he oversees global revenue strategy, sales operations, and the complete customer lifecycle. A seasoned executive with over twenty years of experience in B2B technology sales, Robert has built and scaled high-performing revenue organizations across North America.

Prior to joining Digital Spark, Robert was Senior Vice President of International Sales at a global SaaS provider, where he managed a $100M+ revenue portfolio and led a multi-tiered organization of Account Executives, Business Development Representatives, and Regional Sales Directors. Beyond traditional sales, Robert has extensive experience unifying Customer Success, Support, and Experience teams under a single revenue operations framework—ensuring that acquisition, retention, and expansion work in harmony.

Known as a "manager of managers," Robert’s leadership philosophy centers on coaching, process discipline, and data-driven forecasting. He has a proven ability to align cross-functional teams, optimize go-to-market strategies, and scale operations without sacrificing service quality. Robert holds a B.B.A. in Business Administration and is a certified revenue operations leader with a focus on enterprise customer lifecycle management.
